Your Mission:

Own the flawless execution of our publisher commercial strategy, lead a team of talented account managers in the US & UK to success and help us to continue to exceed our revenue goals.
Day-to-day you will:

Work with your team of publisher account managers in the US & UK to power the growth of our enterprise publisher clients by improving their commerce strategy and teaching them how to best use our technology
Pitch and close to new publisher clients so they start using Skimlinks to power their commerce strategy
Improve our publisher sales infrastructure allowing each account manager to exceed their lead metrics every single week and grow as individual:Individual coaching and mentoring of team members to help them exceed their goals and further grow;
Ensuring each person has the right tools to grow or acquire accounts (in partnership with Product Marketing):
Ensuring every team member spends at least 1 hour of training per week, be it sales training, product training, general training (PDCA, 5 whys, etc.) or 1-to-1 coaching (with HR);
Grow the team by hiring A players using the A methodology across all commercial teams;90% of hires are exceeding lead and lag targets within their first 6 months;
Challenge oneself and the team to achieve more through self-education (books, peers, etc.) and obsess about improving oneself and the team through mentoring and teaching;
