Brand Activation & Communications Manager (Contract)

The Brand Activation & Communications role will drive efforts to execute consumer and influencer engagement around Brand Marketing initiatives (product communications/launches, consumption occasion campaigns, Brand events, and collegiate activations) across ESO (Earned, Shared, and Owned).  The role reports to the Director, Activation & Communications with a dotted line to the Sr. Brand Manager. This role will be responsible for execution of Brand Marketing initiatives in collaboration with all marketing stakeholders ensuring ESO tactics are effectively leveraged to amplify our messages, drive business outcomes and reach our target consumers.

With the objective of driving product consumption, brand trust and relevance, the role is responsible for creating stories, assets and multimedia content around Brand Marketing initiatives and then maximizing across platforms. A proven track record of integrated, consumer-facing marketing campaigns and brand public relations is a must. (S)he will be a key contributor to the Brand team and steward a close relationship (internally and externally) to benefit the entire Activation & Communications department and organization.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree · Digital marketing and brand public relations experience: minimum 5 years preferred with high profile brands or agency account management · Proven success creating and executing innovative campaigns for consumer products · Ability to work autonomously while taking direction from HQ and the Business Unit · Capable of cultivating a strong collaborative environment across regions and functions · Candidate should possess a strong sense of urgency, be excited about innovating, strategic about calculated risk tasking and maintain a high level of integrity · Track record of delivering results against tight deadlines · Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal and presentations. · Strong planning, prioritization and project management competencies · Creative thinker and innovator; in touch with digital, culture, trends, etc. · Able to travel as needed; work flexible hours/days of week and weekends
