SEM/Account Lead

Dallas/Fort Worth
PMG is looking for top SEM talent with strong analytical and digital business skills to join our account services team. To be successful in this position the person will provide analytical support and strategy to the team in the management of PPC campaigns. We are looking for the best people to ensure our online campaigns are designed and executed to achieve our client's business goals.

On a daily basis you'll be responsible for:
  • The strategy of pay-per-click campaigns including bid management and optimization and analysis of weekly performance and trends
  • Developing optimization strategy and create execution plan
  • Overseeing the performance of campaign, negotiate pricing changes and recommend changes in spend
  • Identifying growth opportunities and implement initiatives to ensure client's goals are met while executing daily campaign management tactics
  • Working collaboratively with team members to optimize analysis and insights, and drive analysis that leads to insightful decision-making that improves financial ROI for the business
  • Evaluating reports to ensure the wider team is aware of campaign performance
  • Managing a team of account coordinators/managers

Requirements

You'll be successful in this role if:
  • You have a Bachelor's degree with focus on marketing or advertising
  • You have around 4-6+ years' experience managing SEM teams for online retail or travel
  • You have the ability to make performance changes to campaigns such as bid management or analysis to enhance efficiency
  • You have advanced Excel, statistics and analytic skills
  • You are detail-oriented where it counts with an analytical mind and natural curiosity
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You have the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • You have experience with data driven business management
