What you will do

Oversee the sales team’s inbox, deal with first-line queries, and ensure that no balls get dropped
Manage the Netmums product trial forum, constantly analysing and refining your approach
Writing responses for clients interested in testing products within our forums
Develop a nuanced understanding of the needs and interests of the Netmums community
Maintain and refine Netmums elite reviewers
Complete 50 cold calls per day
Contribute to sales team plans and targets, both for specific pieces of work and across our activity as a whole
Reporting and managing product trials
Bring imaginative, creative and well-informed ideas to our planning


What you must have A degree from a UK university, or equivalent Some experience in a sales, media or PR (not necessarily in a paid role) An interest in topics that matter to Netmums users, and a solid understanding of Netmums A good working knowledge of the UK media landscape, both traditional and online Patience, diligence and an eye for detail Excellent written English Fearsome organisational skills Sound judgement and a cool head A positive attitude, proactive approach and hunger for media sales Excel and microsoft office It’d be nice if you had Familiarity with Google Analytics A cracking sense of humour An interest in forums and social networks
