User Acquisition Marketing Coordinator

We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Marketing Coordinator to join the team at Fantastic, yes. The role will be a full time salaried position out of our office downtown Copenhagen.
Fantastic, yes is a startup gaming studio based in central Copenhagen, Denmark.

We have released one game (Returner 77) and have other games in development. We’re lean, agile and ambitious (and we make really cool games).
As a UA Marketing Coordinator in our small marketing department you will be responsible for driving the acquisition for our games, and to do this in the most efficient way. Everything you do will be results focused. There is no room for average in Fantastic, yes, we strive for doing what no other game studio has done before. You will get to be hands on in a video game studio startup environment and be involved in the planning and execution for marketing premium mobile games.
Primary Responsibilities:

Build, manage and optimize paid campaigns for multiple mobile games across multiple platforms
Manage your spend based on budgets and projections
Grow our presence organically through app store optimization
Manage social media strategy and create results-driven content
Be part of our community management team and engage with our fans
Assist with launch activities like PR and influencer management
Generate ideas, execute on A/B testing and communicate your results to the team

About You:

Results driven with a track record to prove it - you love testing an idea and following it all the way through
Ambitious and ready to grow fast with the company
You have a crazy love for data and paid advertising
You know that there is always room to improve on what you’ve already done, an optimization and growth junkie
You don’t just take your given tasks and execute to the letter - you push back when you know something should be done differently or better and back up your claims with data and reasoning

Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in mobile game marketing and paid advertising
Google Adwords/Analytics Certified
Facebook Ads experience (the more the better)
ASO optimization and keyword research chops
Familiarity with Falcon.io, In-App tracking implementation, Wordpress, and Unity a big plus
Excellent written and verbal skills in English
Experience working with a paid mobile game or a similar genre of game
