Sr. Manager, Media Planning & Buying – Paid Social, Mobile

DraftKings is looking for a self-starter with a strong digital background focused in user acquisition across Paid Social and Mobile. This candidate is highly creative and data driven. S/he will provide campaign strategy and manage a team of 3-4 to acquire new users against performance goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for ad buying/planning, strategy, optimization, analysis and execution of Social and Mobile acquisition campaigns
  • Directly accountable for scaling and maximizing ROI across mobile and social channels
  • Lead a team in effectively executing UA plan and reaching channel goals
  • Identify and plan A/B test opportunities to draw insights critical for growth and optimization
  • Conceptualize new and innovative ads and partner with the creative and developer team to create promotional materials

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital media planning/buying across paid channels with a focus in Mobile and Social
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team
  • Experience in ad platforms and MMP: Facebook, Twitter, Nanigans/Kenshoo(or equivalent), Mobile DSPs, TUNE, and Adjust.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid social and mobile marketing and measurement
  • Well organized and high attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously often under challenging time constraints
  • Excellent writing and creativity skills required
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills
  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
