VP, Ad Tech

In this role, reporting to the President and CRO, you will help Diply design, create, implement, optimize and maintain our programmatic ad technology and product strategy including header bidding and server-to-server integrations while ensuring that Diply remains at the forefront of all future programmatic ad tech innovations.

The Role:
  • Lead the product development and implementation of Sales Automation Technology. Header Bidding, Server to Server, etc.
  • Know, love and understand the intricacies of Header Bidding, Server-to-Server implementations and Data Management Platforms
  • You’re excited to help grow revenue and digital ad sales through innovation
  • Have taken your product ideas from conception to market launch
  • Execute on strategic conversations with Yield Management to enable or disable any optimizations that are needed from a back end tech perspective. ie: Enabling or Disabling Bidding Partners.
  • Manage and help execute all implementations from an Ad Technology standpoint; DMP, new Monetization Partners, Brand Safety Technology, etc.
  • Work with Yield Management to test and develop new ad products for Direct and Programmatic Sales.
  • Help to facilitate a better User and Advertiser experience on Diply to help with improvements of Advertiser KPIs and User Initiated Metrics.
  • Help with the processing of Advertiser Unified reporting from various Vendor and internal reporting UI's to a single sourced reporting location.
  • Natural leader who can rally together teams across Yield, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Business Development & Client Services

  • Hands-on development experience using common Ad Tech development tools
  • Deep knowledge of header bidding technology, DFP and Jscript & you pronounce SQL the right way
  • Proven online Ad Tech experience within RTB exchanges, SSPs, DSPs or ad server technology development organizations
  • Agile and scrum management skills are a significant plus, as is experience applying these methodologies with our internal team and outsourced development partners
