Digital Account Manager

The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of current digital advertising, ad-serving and data technologies; be an excellent communicator with experience managing global media agencies; and will thrive within a fast moving, start-up environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Be an advisor to clients on all aspects of programmatic creative, ad serving, data management, and consultancy
  • Support the entire end-to-end process, working closely alongside the Strategy Director and delivery teams to ensure high-quality output on a multitude of projects
  • Grow new business from existing clients - spot the opportunity to pitch
  • Drive forward the client strategy and be responsible for the delivery of it
  • Build relationships with senior clients and understating their motivators and influences
  • Set client expectations and ensure the team delivers to / above them
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of agreed client requirements; reports, calls etc.
  • Ensure efficient team workflow and identify opportunities to improve
  • Continuously develop market understanding
  • Actively contribute to company blogs and social media
  • Support the new business team with strategic direction and pitch work


  • Ability to work autonomously and with great initiative
  • Solid problem solving skills
  • Highly organised
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a similar mar-tech / ad-tech business
  • Exceptional commercial awareness - including an understanding of industry trends, technologies and best practices
  • Charismatic, personable and a fantastic relationship-builder
  • Outstanding communicator, both written and spoken
  • Great with PowerPoint / Keynote, and the ability to represent information effectively through decks and infographics where appropriate
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, demanding (and fun!) start-up environment
  • Knowledge of the creative production process
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop
